Obninsk Institute for Nuclear Power Engineering and Institute of Nuclear Physics and Technology, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI in partnership with the Public Council of the CNS Basic Organization for Environmental Education hold the VIII International (XXI Regional) Scientific Conference «Technogenic Systems and Environmental Risk» (TSER 2025), which will be held at the Obninsk Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering NRNU MEPhI on April 17-18, 2025.
The conference aims to discuss current scientific problems related to the study of technogenic factors in the human environment, the assessment of the impact of these factors on humans and natural systems, the environmental safety of the biosphere in the face of intensive technological progress, the implementation of digital technologies, the development of high-tech applications in industry, pharmaceutics, agriculture, nuclear engineering, and the widespread introduction of nuclear technologies.
The conference date: April 17-18, 2025.
We invite students, postgraduates, young scientists and specialists to participate in TSER 2025.

The Competition of Students Presentations is held in each of the thematic sections during the conference.
The certificate of participation is presented in electronic form to full-time or remote participants who gave an oral presentation, at the request of the author.
Technical tour to the Atomic Energy Information Center is planned for the conference participants. Pre-registration and are required before March 25, 2025. The number of places is limited.
REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
To participate, one shall submit to the Secretary of the Organizing Committee (tser.conference.iate@mail.ru) before March 25, 2025:

- Abstract (file named “Abstract_Last name.doc”)
- Permission document for open publication (expert opinion) can be submitted later
- Copy of passport for:foreign citizens: full-time participants of the conference (who are not IATE students)
Submission can be made in Russian or English.
Registration Form Template and Requirements for abstracts are attached to this letter (Annex I and Annex II).
The abstracts are checked by the anti-plagiarism system. Originality index of abstracts sent to the organizing committee should be higher then 60%.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject materials not following the topic of the conference, not containing scientific novelty, or sent after the deadline.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
The abstracts book will be published after the conference in electronic form and included in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
